Spritely Networked Communities Institute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public benefit corporation attempting to re-decentralize community on the internet.
We are building on top of the work of its founders (and so many others). Co-founder and CTO Christine Lemmer-Webber's previous three years work on the Spritely Project forms our initial codebase.
Likewise, we are actively working with the Museum of Art and Digital Entertainment to get the original Electric Communities' IP and decentralized platform open-sourced.
